DESCRIPTION:Dallas Yorkshire Terrier Meetup\n\nWe have had several Meetups 
 at White Rock Lake Dog Park and while it's great for the dogs to run and pl
 ay with each other\, we owners wilt in the Texas heat.  I believe we should
  take a vacation from Meetups thru the hottest months of summer\, and not m
 eet until 20th of September.     \n\nIf anyone knows of a good indoor locat
 ion we could use in August let me know\, the Texas heat is the only thing s
 topping our Meetups.  But without an indoor location\, our next Meetup will
  be Saturday 20th of September.  \n\nWhite Rock Lake Dog Park is located at
 :     \n     8000 East Mockingbird Ln      \n   (where Mockingbird Ln cross
 es over White Rock Lake)     \n\nThe City of Dallas locks the dog park if i
 t has been raining.  So if it rains Saturday\, or late Friday\, the park wi
 ll probably be closed.  I WILL POST AN UPDATE FRIDAY\, THE DAY BEFORE OUR M
 EETING.      \n\nYour Yorkie must have their current vaccinations\, includi
 ng Bordetella Booster for the safety of all.   \n\n\nA bit of information a
 bout White Rock Lake Dog Park . . .   \n          The city of Dallas has pr
 ovided dog lovers with three spacious grassy areas\, fenced separately and 
 somewhat shaded for their dogs.     \n1.  One area is for small dogs (under
  30 lbs.)    \n2.  One area is for large dogs (over 30 lbs.)    \n3.  One a
 rea is for dogs of all sizes to swim in the lake.  \n\nWe meet in the small
  dog section (dogs under 30 lbs.).  At past Meetups\, we have been able to 
 meet under shade trees\, in a corner of this section\; a few other dogs com
 e to visit &amp\; smell around\, but basically leave our Yorkie group alone
